About Laird
Laird C. Bradley is owner and principal broker of Williamson Group Sotheby’s International Realty. He has called Vermont home for more than 20 years and has been a licensed real estate broker for nearly that long. A perennial top producer in the Upper Valley area, Laird has closed on sales of over $100 million dollars in properties since 1995. He is an influential member of local professional associations as the current Director of Governmental Affairs for Vermont REALTORS®, Past President of the Windsor County Board of REALTORS®, and a Windsor County REALTOR® of the Year.
Laird is an expert resource for buyers and sellers both private and commercial. He has restored two National Registry-nominated residences and has developed and constructed several area homes inspired by historic New England architectural styles. An active participant in the Woodstock community, Laird was a member of Woodstock’s Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Fund Raising and Finance Committee and is a founding member of the Woodstock Elementary School Playgrounds and Landscape Committee, which, on an ad hoc basis, secured private funds in excess of $300,000 and restored the school grounds without using any public tax resources. He is a founding member of Sustainable Woodstock, a donor and member of Woodstock’s Domestic Violence and Abuse Prevention organization, and an Incorporator of the Norman Williams Public Library.
Laird was raised on a ranch in southern Arizona and is a graduate of the University Arizona, where he majored in Journalism and Economics. He and his wife Heidi A. Talbert, a RISD graduate, artist, and a partner in the Prince & Pauper Restaurant live with their daughter Allison and son Christopher (and some chickens…but don’t tell!) in the Village of Woodstock.
