As an individual fortunate to live in his own home with his family and daughters, Lake recognizes the value of a comfortable and affordable place to live. He has a degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University. Business management was a fortunate choice as it is applicable to so many situations. He is proud to have obtained a commercial pilot’s license with instrument privileges. This demonstrates extreme attention to detail as well as an awareness of surrounding conditions. It affords him the opportunity to utilize technology, one of his great pleasures.

His background and experience have allowed him to gain the experience and skills necessary to be an outstanding real estate broker. As an admissions counselor at Ashford University, He was privileged to interact with the student body and provide services as needed. Interaction with the public provided Lake with a great source of satisfaction. He has found that not only is he skillful at working with people and meeting their needs, but he also enjoys it tremendously.

His satisfaction and skill at working with people is amply demonstrated by his past experience in managing large retail establishments and effectively managing employees. With over 300 homes sold, Lake enjoys working in real estate and helping people find homes and improve their lives. Being an experienced real estate agent helps him navigate the Denver market effectively. He has found many strategies to help both his buyers and sellers. He strongly believes that one should give back to the community they live and work in. By doing so, it helps the community thrive. Lake and his team give back by doing monthly community clean-ups, providing free movie nights, and volunteering for as much as they can.
