Lakecia was awsome, we could not ask for a better realtor. She was very knowledgeable and caring thorought our whole process she not only helped with the purchase of our new home but also assisted with the sell of our previous home. Our home buying process was made 10 times better and smoother because of LaKecia’s effectiveness and professionalism as our real estate agent! We used LaKecia to sell my mother's condo. We had retained her initially, but then my mother changed her mind about moving. But after a couple of weeks, re-changed her mind to sell. We contacted LaKecia again and she responded immediately and picked up where we had left off. After determining the market value of the house, she posted it to the MLS and the house sold within 1 day. She worked closely with us to get the contract in place and checked on our status during the weeks leading up to the closing. The closing went smoothly and the house sold.

Amid the craziness of 2020, we are new homeowners! Yeah! A large part of that is due to our realtor LaKecia Richardson. We had a TON of questions and from our initial walkthrough meeting, LaKecia was excellent. She made us feel super comfortable and we were able to access her anytime! We weren’t sure what we wanted at first. Did we want a townhouse, a foreclosure, a fixer upper.....we weren’t sure but LaKecia aided us in looking at options until we decided that what we really wanted was new construction. She went to every site, every meeting, and we were super thankful for her presence because she gave us information that we didn’t even know to ask. If you are looking for someone that makes you feel like family, and is looking out for your best interest, she is the realtor you want on your side. When we buy another house, we will be using Mrs Richardson again.

My wife and myself was nervous and excited about possibly getting a house. We met with LaKecia to determine if we should do a foreclosure, new construction, etc. She listened to our requests, wants, needs, proposals, etc. She found the best location for us which happened to be new construction. She worked weeks/days/hours with the builder to get the best deal for us. My wife and myself are extremely happy with LaKecia service. She went above and beyond to make this entire process stress free. There's nothing better than not having to use PTO throughout this process because LaKecia was on top of everything. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a house to get with LaKecia immediately to save time and money.
