I had my back against the wall thinking a Deed in Lieu was my only option. That was until I met Lakeisha Williams-Zimpa. I was Literally ready to give up hope on doing a short sale on my moms home because of a previous situation with another broker that never marketed my property correctly.

Lakeisha has been very professional and sticks to her word. Her communication skills are beyond amazing. She kept me included and followed up with me constantly, working hard day and night to ensure that my property was being marketed appropriately. I literally felt like a weight was being lifted off my shoulder because I didn’t have to stay on top of her at all. She fought for me and didn’t give up as easily as others have.

Within less than a week I had multiple offers on my property. I think anyone trying to sell their home needs a DEDICATED / TRANSPARENT broker who is willing to go above and beyond, that’s exactly what she did. I am truly grateful for being able to close on the house with the help of Lakeisha in less than 3 months. I wish I would’ve met her from the beginning of this journey a year ago. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
