From the first meeting to closing, Lakshmi was nothing but a pleasure to work with. He was patient enough to take us to the houses that matched our criteria and took time to explain the pros and cons of it. I like about the fact he limits himself only making suggestions/recommendations but never tried to involve in the decision making process. He was able to tell houses that would look like a good deal today but not so good in few years when we might think about selling it. He has good knowledge about houses and the market area he serves. He was always there when we needed him not just through the buying process but even after the purchase. I would recommend him for sure.

I had been saving up for a down payment and was searching a lot of realtor websites for the right property with less success. Then I got introduced to Mr. Lakshmi and on the same night he showed me multiple great deals nearby. Being very professional, he doesn't just show you the house but tells you the pluses and minuses of the property up front for you to make better decisions.
The process was so fast that we were able to start visiting houses the very next day and make an offer on a house the same week.
The house we closed had 30+ prospective buyers for the open house and multiple offers on the same day. Lakshmi made it possible to close the deal and I ended up saving a lot more than I intended.

We decided to buy our home in Mid-February and we started to search for the best realtor in Johns Creek area and Lakshmi's name was the first to appear.

His reviews were outstanding and we were impressed. When we first met Lakshmi Thirunavu, he explained that he is very passionate about his work (I wouldn't call "Job"). He understood our needs and his suggestion of the properties based on our requirements, which made it easy for us to finalize.

He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of local market, he got us to see few properties of our liking and every time we viewed a property, Lakshmi would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.
Everytime we asked him for his suggestion for the properties we saw online, he was always available to talk and thoroughly explained the pros and cons for that property.

In less than 10 days after we met him, we were able to finalize our home and signed the contract.

As an out of state buyer, I had almost zero knowledge about the local market in the Alpharetta/Cumming area. Lakshmi was recommended by a colleague of mine. Laksmi quickly understood my requirements and he was on the lookout from day one. He is very knowledgable with the local markets.
