About Lamarr
As founder and owner of Alliance Commercial Real Estate, Lamarr’s goal has always been to provide hands-on attention and top-rate service to his clients. Lamarr began his brokerage career with Atlantic Properties in Charlotte, NC in 1993. Prior to founding Alliance, he was Broker-In-Charge (BIC) for the Charlotte office of Carter & Associates – ONCOR International. Lamarr’s brokerage efforts cover both North and South Carolina, specializing in the Charlotte Metro region. He has vast brokerage experience, including: land disposition and acquisition transactions; and leasing, sales, development and build-to-suit transactions for office/warehouse, flex, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Lamarr is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina.
Lamarr is active with his church and volunteers with the Crossroads Careers program to help people who have been laid off or are planning a career change. He is a scratch golfer who can frequently be found on the back nine when the sun is shining Carolina blue. He is married to Jada and they enjoy traveling to the South Carolina beaches and points beyond.
Lamarr received his Masters of Education from Temple University, and his undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University.
