through to the phone calls during renovation, they were there to help along the way until
we were ready to list. LaMonte & Kim were prepared for everything from local
comparisons to marketing strategies and had realistic goals for our personal sale; They
do not have a ‘one size fits all’ mentality. Any questions or concerns that we had were

Experience was amazing. All questions answered in timely manner. Superb customer service. Very hands on through the entire process. Was with me every step of the way even answered calls while out the country on family vacation!!! Lamonte was there for both the purchase and sale of the home. I can't recommend his services enough.

When you choose to work with Lamonte Young you not only get a knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious individual you get a whole team of professionals. Lamonte partners with his wife Kim and the two are dynamic in the services they provide.

Lamonte took us to several properties to tour. He never pressured us to make any quick decisions. I have worked with realtors in the past who made you feel like you were a means to their commission. This was not the case with Lamonte. His clear intention is to work with you to assist you in making the best decision for your family, regardless of price or commission.

Kim assisted us in keeping track of the immense amount of documentation associated with the purchase of a home. They both are very knowledge about the associated timelines. Kim was very meticulous in helping us to stay on track and meet each and every deadline.

Lamonte and Kim are also a great resource to other real estate professional disciplines to include inspectors, mortgage lenders, and title companies. Again, there was no pressure to use any of their recommended associates. Lamonte and Kim’s goal is to provide their clients with options to assist them in making informed decisions.
