Lana Lynch

Lana has been practicing real estate in North Carolina since 2015, having relocated with her family from New Jersey that same year. She understands how many moving parts there are in making such a big move and is able to guide her clients through her own experience.

Currently Lana is a team lead, certified mentor, certified relocation expert, has earned her RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist) designation and has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers in North Carolina to successfully purchase and sell their properties.

Her business has become and continues to be 100% referral based which is a goal only achieved through relationship building and dedication. Lana is an expert in new home construction having represented both builder and buyer in many different communities. She believes that her job is to take the “stress” out of the buying/selling process and provides a relaxed experience to make her clients feel comfortable all the way to the closing table.

Lana is living in Cary with her husband and is a mom of four with her youngest now attending UNCW. She has a home at the coast in Holden Beach and is active in the coastal market as well.
