I am retired military, USCG for 20 years, and I know bull when I smell it. Lana is none of that. I was amazed at her knowledge of the current market as well as her acumen of what to expect, We listed on a Monday, went against her advice to market it higher, showed the house 6 times the first day it was listed on the MLS, showed it 5 times the second day it was on the MLS, showed it 3 times on the third day it was listed, and entertained 4 offers on Friday - 3 of them CASH offers! Lana had warned me we that our house would sell quickly, but I had not even checked the MLS to see where we might be moving. I told her I wanted to use my former school principal as my agent and she still gave me useful advice toward purchasing my next house. Lana advised me about the permutations involved in the different offers for my house, as well as how I might want to proceed with my next purchase. This woman rocks!

We needed to keep our weeks supply of dog food in a freezer and she graciously kept our dog food in her freezer and would bring me daily servings for my dogs.
