Lance Blann once saw a bumper sticker that summed him up in one statement: He wasn't born in Texas, but he got here as soon as he could. An Arkansas native, he arrived in Dallas in the year 2000 armed with a Master's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University ready to take on his dream job in Public Relations.

After working in public relations for Crescent Real Estate Equities, one of the largest REITs at its time, he transitioned into residential real estate sales, and he has never looked back! He loves the city of Dallas, it's an exciting city and a great place to call home. With over 15 years of sale experience, he not only has market knowledge and industry ability, but also, he has some of the most incredible clients and has thoroughly enjoyed forming many life-long friends. When not in Dallas, he is usually out fulfilling his other passion - traveling.

You can catch him at any given time in a few of his favorite places, Puerto Vallarta or Napa Valley especially. Also, a realtor in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He specializes in the Uptown, Downtown, Oak Lawn, Park Cities, North Dallas, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, and east Dallas areas. He lives in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, and he is quite active around the city.
