Inspired by his father, Lance developed his passion for real estate as a teenager. From installing 24x24 travertine tiles in kitchens to replacing roofs damaged by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in 2005, Lance accumulated hands-on real estate experiences over the past two decades. Sensing opportunities during the financial crisis of 2008, Lance aggressively closed millions of dollars deals at nearly half of their market values. Most recently, Lance represented one of his clients to purchase a property at 30% below its listing price in the heart of Cambridge, a rare achievement in a fiercely competitive seller’s market.
He is also an ardent proponent of renewable energy, having founded a multinational cleantech software startup out of the Harvard Innovation Labs. Bringing his entrepreneurial experiences to real estate, Lance’s greatest satisfaction comes from guiding his clients through the most important transaction of their lives by carefully listening to their needs, understanding the nuances of the local market, and negotiating deftly for best deals.
As a native Texan, Lance fell in love with Boston’s beautiful seasons and historical buildings; he has lived in Cambridge since 2013. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. He speaks Chinese Mandarin and Japanese.
