Lance Lubin

Lance is a life-long resident of St Petersburg and a 3rd generation Floridian who lives in the same neighborhood where he grew up. That's why he knows St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area so well. He has been a real estate professional for the last 25 years and holds the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and it is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He sings in a barbershop quartet, and serves as Associate Director of the Florida Suncoast Chorus, the Pinellas County Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. He has played in many bands throughout the years, including many bluegrass bands, and was privileged to tour Europe playing for American GIs with the USO.
