Lance Sitzmann was born and raised in Le Mars, Iowa in an avid farming family and purchased and managing several apartments. After graduating from Westmar College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1974, he began my career in real estate with a large nearby firm. It did not take long to learn he had a true passion for selling real estate and in 1976, opened his own brokerage firm in Le Mars, Iowa -Lance Sitzmann Real Estate. He is truly blessed for that decision because selling real estate has been such a rewarding career for his family and him. It has been a true honor assisting thousands of clients and building relationships over the years especially with the help of his wife Patty and his son Shane and his wife Peggy. They provide a positive real estate experience with standards of excellence that will meet every client’s unique real estate needs. Plus, they are always learning and leveraging the latest technology and resources, and work persistently and without fail to achieve their clients’ goals and objectives.
