Lane McCormack

Lane McCormack is a dynamic and visionary real estate leader with a distinguished career in the luxury brokerage space. Widely respected for her ability to grow organizations, develop top talent, and deliver exceptional results, she has built a reputation that aligns closely with long-term strategic growth and operational excellence.
McCormack spent the past seven years at Ansley Real Estate, where she held multiple senior leadership roles. She joined the firm in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Broker, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2020, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2022. She served as CEO until April 2026.
Prior to Ansley Real Estate, McCormack was Senior Vice President and Managing Broker at Atlanta-based luxury brokerage Harry Norman Realtors. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years as Managing Broker at Prudential Georgia Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.
An active industry leader, McCormack served as President of the Atlanta Realtors Association in 2016 and was recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Most Admired CEOs in 2023.
