About Lanny

Lanny was born and raised in Pendleton County and attended Circleville High School. He graduated from Potomac State College and West Virginia University in 1973. Lanny began his real estate career in Elkins in 1979. He obtained his brokers license in 1982 and began his own company in 1983. He obtained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation through the National Association of Realtors. Lanny specializes in commercial, land, farms and executive homes.

Lanny is an avid hunter and sportsman. He is a member and past president of the Tygarts Valley Lions Club and has served on the Board of Directors at the Randolph County YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce and past president of the Elkins Regional MLS.
