Laquetta has built her career on the core principles of trust, honesty, integrity, hard work and dedication. Her ability to incorporate new technology with traditional marketing methods helps her to achieve results for both buyers and sellers alike. Understanding how every client and situation are different, Laquetta takes care to thoroughly listen to her client's needs. For that reason, she works with a small number of serious clients at a time to ensure each receive the necessary amount of care and attention required with a personalized touch.

In 2014, Laquetta decided to get her Real Estate license where she soon discovered that her passion for people could easily pair with her newfound love of Real Estate. She commits herself to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences which is done by constant trainings and staying abreast on changes in the market. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from York College in 2011. Throughout her education and work experiences, Laquetta has made great relationships with colleagues and customers alike being kind and enthused to help everyone she meets.
