I can't say enough positive comments about having LaRae as my realtor. Selling and buying a home at the same time is stressful. LaRae guided me through the process, offering her professional opinion with explanation as to why I should or shouldn't do something. With my stress level at it's highest, she put my mind at ease. She actually helped me pack and move into my new home as well. I'm guessing you wouldn't get that type of hands-on service from other realtors. I highly recommend LaRae to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Working with LaRae Spencer was truly a great experience from start to finish. We were on a tight timeline to find a home, and LaRae went above and beyond, showing us over 20 homes in the span of just a month. She worked tirelessly to make sure we found a place that was the right fit for our family, never making us feel rushed or pressured.
She was incredibly easy to communicate with and always made herself available, often responding to questions and updates at all hours. Her responsiveness and reliability made the entire process feel smooth and manageable.
LaRae was not only friendly and approachable, but also extremely helpful and thorough in explaining every step along the way. If we ever forgot something or needed something explained again, she was always more than willing to go over it, patiently and clearly, until we fully understood. That kind of support made a huge difference and helped us feel confident throughout the process.
She also did a wonderful job including our teenage children in the process, making sure their opinions and preferences were heard and considered. It meant a lot to see her treat the whole family with that level of respect and care.
Most importantly, I always felt I could trust her advice and judgment. She helped set a smart, competitive price for the purchase and guided us through negotiations with confidence and professionalism. And what really stood out was her level of commitment, LaRae was even willing to take less personally in the sale just so we could buy the home we truly wanted. That kind of selflessness is rare. She truly puts her clients first in every regard.

LaRae was fantastic. Absolutely stellar. It was obvious from our first meeting with her that she not only cared but was also interested in making sure we got the home we were looking for. We didn't feel rushed, we felt completely listened to, and LaRae paid attention to even minor details in order to tailor future showings. We found our ideal home very quickly. LaRae and her team were exceptionally hands-on and available. Any time we had a question or needed a form we received it within the hour, if not sooner. 10/10, would work with her again without hesitation.

If you have any questions and are trying to get a hold of her, she will always get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.You can ask her any type of questions you need an answer to, and if she doesn’t know, she’s honest and will do what she can to find the answer for you. She will go above and beyond to find what works best for you. As a result, we were able to find our dream home and it was exactly what we were looking for. You won’t go wrong working with her.
