Laree is FANTASTIC!!!! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Northern Virginia area!!!! We just bought our first home after 12+ years of renting and she made it a great experience. Due to our circumstances, we had to do all of our house hunting, offers, and purchasing remotely but it truly was no big deal. Laree did an amazing job making sure we saw everything we wanted and needed to at each house we "visited". Lareee is an amazing realtor to work with, and will not disappoint you at all!! As second time home buyers the process was still fairly new to us, but Laree was there to help us along the way. She was able to guide us in the right direction on a good loan company that specializes in VA loans and help us answer any questions we had. We have used Laree for both finding a rental and most recently, to purchase a home. There are not enough words to describe Laree's professionalism, dedication to her clients, and all around spirit that she brings.

Laree took the time to learn about our family and used what she learned to work for our family. As you could imagine, finding the perfect house that checks every box can be difficult especially in the hottest market out there. I had specific wants, needs, and a very interesting palette in what I was looking for (to say the least). ***Rolls out the red carpet**** Laree isn’t your ordinary realtor. If you are looking for someone who helps you to manifest the idea of where you want to be then you are in the right place. I must admit we(it was really just me and not my partner) werent the easiest clients. I would get cold feet in the middle of the night after Laree would walk us through multiple listings and even get a rough calculation of what our mortgage would look like with our offer. She answered every question with grace and professionalism. She walked us through absolutely everything to the very end. Laree was exceptional and helped us find a wonderful home for our family in the Northern Virginia area. Despite us not being in the area full time, she walked us through the process over the phone, often texting or calling late at night when our schedules allowed. Additionally, she tirelessly worked with our difficult schedules and limited time from out of town to set up home viewings, often with short notice. Laree was amazing! We bought our home in Virginia while we were living in Japan. She was recommended by a facebook group, and I could not be happier we found her! She took us on several virtual tours, helped us narrow down our search to a particular neighborhood, gave valuable advice when we were faced with a bidding a war, and sent us the listing for our home before it went on the market.
