Laretta is such a sweet, spirited patient person. She wouldn’t let me settle when finding an apartment. She could instantly tell when I wasn’t satisfied with a property, she challenged and educated me when different management companies were being sneaky! Laretta is always super professional and I will always refer people to her. Also, I know a lot of realtors that don’t work with people if they’re not buying but Laretta is eager to help whether you’re looking to buy or rent! Highly recommended 💛

Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Laretta helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2020. From start to finish It was more of a family vibe rather than just business which really helps when your in the midst of a pandemic and already anxious and apprehensive as a first time home buyer, but Laretta eased our fears away and gave us and abundance of confidence to pursue homeownership!
