Best Realtor for a Complicated Sale. We needed to relocate and sell very quickly as well as work through a relocation company. Larissa not only provided the best service we could ask for, but between her saavy marketing skills, drone pictures and virtual tour videos, we were able to establish great buzz before the property was officially listed. This meant for an incredibly fast offer and closing.

During the entire process, she was in constant communication with us every day, multiple times a day, and sometimes odd times of the day. She never failed and was always available and incredibly helpful.

We had to move out of state almost immediately upon listing, which meant she handled everything at the house for us from offer to close. This included taking out trash, collecting mail, meeting with various vendors and contractors, as well and troubleshoot our internet at one point. There was nothing she wasn't willing to do to help us sell our home.

If I had to do it again, I would 1000% use Larissa every single time. I wish I could have taken her with us to Colorado to help us find out next forever home. She was a dream to work with. We couldn't have found a better realtor. Best part she worked soooo well with our relocation company who wasn't the always the easiest to communicate with.

Larissa went ABOVE and BEYOND. We needed to sell our home due to relocation and reached out to "friends" who were Realtors, but they all gave me low-ball estimates on the potential selling price of the home. This left us feeling disappointed. A friend referred us to Larissa, who came out and presented an exceptionally professional proposal for selling our house. She provided comps that showcased the value we believed the home held. After sprucing up the house and moving out of state, Larissa took over the process. Within days, she brought in multiple offers. Although our first buyer backed out, Larissa expertly guided us through the process and once again had us under contract within days.

She frequently visited to ensure that the property was ready to be shown, secure, and clean. She even checked that other Realtors had turned off the lights after showings. In the end, she helped us achieve a selling price beyond our expectations, while others were content with settling for 20% less. I wholeheartedly recommend Larissa – her dedication made all the difference!

We were moving from Dallas to Palm Bay and found Larissa through a trusted Real Estate friend in Ft Lauderdale. We were really stressed out due to the relocation and the market being overwhelmed with people moving to Florida. There was very little property available and, if something was available in our budget, it got quickly scooped up with a high offer. We had to keep raising our budget and got even more frustrated. Larissa was so sensitive to our needs and empathetic. She worked so hard and had everything setup and dedicated 4 days of her week to only us, while we were on our house-hunting trip. She found a new-construction community for us that we signed a contract for to make our dream home. Since it was a new construction home, it would take a year to be completed. She then worked very hard to find an awesome rental for us to enjoy, while our house is being built. She mapped out directions for my work commute, my wife's shopping and beach visits, and stays in contact with us to see how everything is going. Larissa is a true jewel, an incredible Real Estate professional and dedicated to her wonderful family. We are so blessed to find her and so thankful to our friend in Ft Lauderdale who was looking out for us. I stand behind Larissa in any thing she does!

Larissa gave us an absolutely perfect buying experience. We relocated to the area and we were not sure about where we wanted to live. She was very patient with us while we went to Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Viera and Avalon Park. Each area offers a different lifestyle and she helped us learn the pro’s, con’s and really amazing points, so we could make the best decision for our family. She answered questions before we asked, prepared us for things to look out for before going in a home, and helped us to find the things to get excited about. She pointed out potential home issues, and researched the incidental costs like HOA’s. She was organized, dedicated and able to quickly add homes as our requests changed. She always followed up and kept an open line of communication, no matter the hour. We have every intention of using her again, after our children go to college.

Larissa was our agent that helped us to relocate to Florida from NY when we were being relocated for business reasons.. She listen to what we’re looking for and showed us exactly what we wanted in our price range. She was with us for two full days on the second day at the price point we were at she suggested to show a new development at the end even though we were ready to make an offer on house we knew she had an engagement that night but she insisted on showing us more and we did find the perfect house. She accompanied us to the closing where we had a problem with the builder and she again right with us at our side helping us solve the problem and in fact coming out better she didn’t have to be there doing all that she did. She is hard working dedicated professional in all of my dealing I hold her in the highest regard.
