She worked endlessly to get us to every house we wanted to see, and we found the perfect one, Larissa keeping us calm throughout. If you are looking for a realtor that works with you and has your best interests, I recommend that you contact Larissa Colangelo. She helped us to sell our house during COVID. The price was above our expectations. Even though we had to move out of state prior to the closing, Larissa made sure that all improvements were completed. In 2022, we moved back to NJ after living in the Pacific Northwest for almost 20 years. We began our house search from long distance via online sources and family referrals.
Larissa really stood out from the previous 3 realtors that we very briefly worked with. She was responsive, professional and an overall really nice person. The housing market at that time was crazy. Houses were selling at record speed, usually well over asking price. Timing to get a bid in or just to view the property was critical and Larissa was very responsive on getting all information and documentation needed on a timely basis. Also, our requirements for the home we wanted was hard to find in that market. But Larissa was patient and worked with us through the scarce inventory. She was genuinely concerned that we not just find “a” house, but “the” house that was right for us. We never felt pressured into buying a home that wasn’t suitable for us. She was very knowledgeable about the processes involved with real estate and looked out for our best interests by suggesting options to ensure our risks were limited. She was very attentive to our needs and continued to help in every way she could throughout the entire process. She even attended our closing to ensure everything went smoothly. With her help, we finally found our “ perfect” house and we are very thankful for all her services. We would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.
