Larry is absolutely amazing. This was my first experience with purchasing a home. Larry walked me through every step of the process always ensuring that I was comfortable and informed. Larry was always available for any questions or concerns. He even embraced my crazy extended family. The home search can be daunting but Larry never allowed me to become discouraged. EDIT: Adding to this review because true to my word, I purchased another property and with Larry and did not regret it. This property was a big fish for my fiancee and I, and had all sorts of twists and turns along the way. I am so grateful to have had Larry again right alongside of us, guiding us, tirelessly hunting down answers to questions & fighting for us to get the best possible deal. Additionally, after the purchase, where most realtors would log the W and move on, Larry made sure that our move and first few weeks at the new house were as seamless as possible, still remaining available to answer questions and connect us to movers and contractors.

One of the best decisions I’ve made for my family was reaching to Larry. Me and my wife nervously reached out to him towards the end of 2023, being first time home buyers. We really didn’t know what to expect, or if we would even be able to purchase a home. Yet, from start to finish, Larry made the process simple and straightforward. From our initial conversation all the way to the closing table, Larry supported us, making sure we were able to get the home we desired. Even much so that he was assisting us on his honeymoon. Having Larry as our real estate agent was great, he fought for us to get the best house for the best price. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mr. Brown (Larry). Larry has been with us in this journey, holding our hands throughout the whole process. He is one of the most professional, diligent, patience, understanding, respectful realtor we’ve ever work with, and we’ve worked with a FEW prior to him. Larry really knows his craft of realting, from top to bottom and in between. He has made this process very easy and enjoyable even when we tend to get frustrated at times with finding the right home for us. Larry made the entire experience process easy. People told us to get a realtor you can trust and thankful that’s who we found. Larry always responded, if an issue came up he made sure to get answers and fixed everything that was fixable by him. He referred us to the best companies through the entire home buying process. When things got stressful he was there. He kept us leveled and did everything in his power to get us our first home. My experience with Larry was a unique one. I initiated contact with Larry sometime in 2021 in a quest to purchase a duplex, only issue is that my preference was to purchase said duplex in NJ. While Larry was not currently licensed to practice in NJ, he put me in touch with one of the best agents who serves the NJ area.

While Larry wasn't the realtor that represented me on my transaction, I refer to him as my realtor by proxy. He not only put me in touch with a great realtor, he put me in touch with a great mortgage broker.

He supported me every step of the way, he performed all types of research for me, answered any questions I had, advised me when I sought his counsel, and even accompanied me to my closing.

The point of this post is to share that even if Larry is not representing you, he is more than happy to go above and beyond for you because his motto is all about helping you achieve your real estate goals. Larry is one of the very few realtors who personify integrity and hardwork. He is creative in his approach and comes up with multiple scenarios to help guide your home buying or investment process.

He has even gone as far as creating multiple resource documents to help first time home buyers especially around qualifying for grants and so on. In the future, when I am ready to purchase a property in the PA area, there is no one else I would hire - Larry has proven to not only be a wealth of knowledge and absolutely reliable, he has also proven to be the best man for your real estate needs.

I contacted Larry in the early part of 2021 about possibly selling my house in Philly. I had some bad experiences with other Realtors so I was skeptical when someone I know referred him to me. When he came out to visit me I made it clear that I didn't have to sell my house; rather I wanted to. I made the right decision in hiring Larry to sell my property. He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and kind during the entire process. I even referred him to a childhood friend who hired Larry to sell his property while I was still emptying out mine. Larry checked to see if I needed help or if there was anything he could do to make the process easier. I had many setbacks, but, Larry respected my wishes and assured me that my house would be sold. There are so many wonderful things you should know about what it’s like to work with Larry Brown III. The top line is: work with Larry!!

Buying a home for the first time is scary. Doing so in a market you don’t know, and coming in and out of town from a different state makes it all the more nerve wracking. Larry came highly recommended from a friend and I was happy to partner with a West Philly native to find the perfect West Philly triplex.

Larry is knowledgeable. He knows the market he works in, the people, the trends, and how that all translates into what you’re looking for as a buyer. He’s also an incredible listener, making note of all my preferences, anxieties, questions, and concerns along the way.

Larry is personable and professional. When offers were rejected and conversations with listing agents got funky, he put the gloves on. He fought for me at every turn and answered every single big and small question I could come up with. And I mean every. single. question! Each time we talked, he’d ask a version of this before we hung up: ‘Is there anything else I can provide for you right now to ease your mind or be helpful?’ If that’s not impeccable customer service, idk what is.

I trust Larry 1000%, which goes a long way in an industry where you can’t and shouldn’t take people’s word at face value. I can’t wait to work with Larry again and would do so in a heartbeat.
