Larry Cisneros

Graduated from USC Marshall School of Business (Finance/Real Estate). Previous licenses include: Series 7, 24, 63 and was a Registered Investment Adviser (SEC). First real estate transaction sold an $8.5 million commercial medical building in 1990. Originated loans as Mortgage Broker dealing with FHA, VA and conventional loans. Managed, bought and sold income producing properties of an Estate as an appointed Trustee over a span of 3 years. Launched three businesses as Director of Marketing responsible for: website design(SEO), logo and marketing materials, marketing and sales campaigns, contact database software, branding, public relations, advertising, and event coordination.

My wife and I have raised 3 boys and have lived in Carlsbad, CA for over 25 years. My wife works for the Carlsbad School District/Aviara Middle School for over 20 years, plus I have been a volunteer youth football coach for over 14 years. I love clean air(beach), swimming, running, music and healthy "tasty" food.
