About Larry

In March of 2004 I decided to steer my life into a different direction, moving from the northern outskirts of Chicago to beautiful Colorado Springs. It was absolutely the best decision I ever made! I met the love of my life, Melissa, and together we raise 4 beautifully amazing children and 2 cats.

I came to Colorado with the hopes of working in Geology or Archaeology. I attended Pikes Peak Community College and it quickly became clear that a career in the sciences may not support my growing family. I started some sales jobs including cars, online college educations and even a challenging mortgage lending industry during the recession. After several different jobs, so called prospects, and failed business attempts I just knew it was time to find a different path. I reached out to the realtor that sold my home to us and asked him if he thought I would be good at real estate, and he said "absolutely". I really liked the way he handled our transaction and thought I could provide the same type of excellent service. I then went to real estate school while working full time, graduated, got my license and here I am... finally with a career that I love!

I understand that buying a house is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. I strive to make that experience as stress free as possible, so you can enjoy the ride. Each buyer and seller situation is very unique with different challenges that present themselves, but the goal is the same and that is to get your home bought or sold.
