I do not write reviews but I had to tell the world about my Larry experience. First of all… Larry, is a unicorn of an agent. If you are lucky enough to work with him, consider yourself highly fortunate and favored. He came recommended after I had just walked away from another realtor who was giving me the run around. I was new to Georgia was not going to settle for less, and needed all my boxes checked.

We searched for more than 6 months in an unprecedented sellers market and endured endless disappointments. Larry’s consistent mantra, “I’m gonna find you a house.” At times I gave up hope burdened with the stress of house hunting while having to keep moving in and out of short term rental arrangements. So on closing day, when we pulled up to that beautiful house on the hill, and Larry handed me the keys… a gush of tears tumbled down my face. Finally, I could rest my head in a home, perfect for me.

And there’s more. Larry goes beyond the call of duty with recommendations to the finest no-no sense home repair team one can ask for… vetted and approved, by Mr. Larry McCall. Thank you, Larry.

What do you call him?
I call him Realtor Extraordinaire! Mr. McCall was a GOD-Send in helping me acquire my Beautiful New Home in Willowcrest Subdivision at end of 2020. I was in a pickle (as they say) in 2020 because they were raising the rent for my leased condo & I thought it so unethical to be raising the lease in the middle of a world-wide Pandemic, that I only renewed for a 6-month term with the hope of finding a pre-loved home of my own.

Well, that was before speaking with Reator McCall. He assured me I could have the home of my dreams! He effortlessly navigated the super complex and dynamically-changing market in which I found myself during the Pandemic. Houses were flying off the market before I had a chance to view them. He heard my frustrations & set up a Website for me to view houses in my target area & price range. With this website, I could communicate directly to him & him with the other Realtors. This was a turning point!

He also had a cache' of Experienced Mortgage Brokers that knew how to deal with my work history as a contract Healthcare provider.

I was very fortunate to have Mr. McCall as my relator. Being new to the Atlanta area Larry was able to locate an amazing condo for me in the Buckhead area that I still reside in today 5 years later. Larry, is also very familiar with the paper work process for closing and made it understandable and stress free especially for a first time homebuyer. Larry is also doing an excellent job staying in contact and making me feel like a family member instead of a client.
I have referred Larry to all of my friends and family, he is the only person I go to for real estate advice and home buying.
