About Larry

As a broker, Larry has been an integral part of Stewart-Rose Properties since 1998. He specializes in industrial and office markets throughout the Dallas area. Larry represents buyers, tenants, and owners with sales and leasing of their end user and investment requirements. He also provides property management services. Larry's dedication and commitment to his clients results in over 40 transactions annually.


Larry grew up in Highland Village and attended Marcus High School where he played football and was president of the Industrial Arts Club. Upon graduation, he attended the University of North Texas to study business and real estate.


Prior to working with SRP, Larry gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. During those years, he was responsible for market research and comparative market analysis for both North and Central Texas.


Larry resides in Aubrey, TX with his wife Janet and daughter Brittney. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. Larry and his family attend Denton Bible Church where they continually seek to grow in their faith.
