My wife and I were moving from Arizona back to Chicago, while we had an agent to help sell our home in Arizona, we needed an agent to help find a home in Chicago. We were introduced to Larry Schneider for that help. While still living in Arizona Larry sent us properties to view via email and work diligently to find exactly what we were looking for. Finally we sold our Arizona home came back to Chicago and Larry helped 100% to find, our now new home, and was a constant every step through to closing. Even after closing his last words to us were, " If you need anything call me," I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great, helpful realtor.

PS. We would have never found this beautiful new place to live without him Thank you Larry!

Despite my circumstances and having a deadline to move out of my Apartment Larry provided a true partnership when it came to looking and buying a home. He considered my needs, understood my timeline to close on a property, providing great insight and honest assessment for every property we visited.
We must have looked at 30+ houses yet Larry was unwavering at finding more houses to look at. Sometimes we visited as many as 4 properties in a day! This market is extremely tight and chances to win a property was difficult as listings would be sold in a matter of a couple days. Larry understands how to write a great offer that greatly improves the chance of winning that property you want. I can recommend Larry as a great choice for buying a house or investment property as he is hard working and provides solid advice as to what is possible in these times.

Larry was an outstanding realtor for my fiancé and I. We looked at about a dozen houses and Larry provided great insight into all of them. We never felt pushed or swayed by Larry in any way. He showed us every property, laid the cards on the table and told us all the info we needed to make a decision. When we asked his opinion he would give an honest assessment and that is what we really enjoyed about the whole process. We moved out of state a number of years ago but still had some property interests in IL. When it came time to finally sell our property we reached out to Larry who had been our realtor for a number of different projects over the years.

Larry knew it was going to be difficult for us to navigate all the details of getting the property ready for sale and he jumped right in acting on our behalf going above and beyond to make sure the property was standing tall and ready, the best part is we never had to ask… he just did it, thanks again Larry.

I contacted Larry in 2014 for a market analysis of my condo. Larry was very professional in his presentation and accurate in his evaluation. I decided to wait on selling the condo, but Larry was the first agent I called when I needed to sell my two rental properties. Eventually I listed my condo with Larry that just sold. 3 properties listed and sold from 1 market analysis. Great job!!

Larry was more than helpful in finding us a house to buy. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range!
