All I can say is that we closed on time! I'm an army veteran so I love things happening on time I got the house I wanted because Larry took the time to get to know me aND my family which helped him understand my family needs. He didn't waist time showing me houses that didn't meet, or exceed our needs. Another thing that tells me Larry was the right choice was his relationship with the lenders as they new him well, and that was great for communication especially when it came to sending and receiving documents.
