I have been in the real estate industry for the past thirty years. As a Realtor, I provide outstanding service to all of my clients, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
I have owned and operated many successful businesses during this time, including International Home Security which has installed over 800,000 security doors in the New York area.
I specialize in deal structuring and negotiating of the hardest deals. I pride myself on always getting the best deal for my clients. My goal on every deal is to create a "win-win" enviroment for all parties involved.
I also have strong knowledge in the design, construction, leasing, and selling of commercial and residential real estate.
For the past twenty years I have lived and done business in the Bronx.
