There were some ups and downs along the way with jumping through hoops considering a short sale. Larry did an excellent job while working through those issues and was very informative and responsive to any questions. When the decision to move away from the short sale was made Larry had other options in mind, and continued to be a valued resource in looking for a home. Larry was a great resource during my search.

It took us about 6 months to find a home that we really liked, it ended up being a foreclosure. We put an offer in and then the fun began. Larry Wetherby is friendly, professional, and extremely open and willing to work with you at all times of day or night. There were plenty of times in the process of my buying my house as a short sale, not to mention as a first-time home-buyer, that I was completely spazzing out, and Larry was able to be the rock that I needed. It was a really stressful process made tolerable because of his calm, cool demeanor. Whenever we needed to meet up (which was fairly frequently), he always made himself available, and he was there not only through to the end, but even afterward when I had questions after the sale was complete. I highly recommend Larry Wetherby in the house-buying process!

07/17/2015 - tr collins Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Jackson, MI. Larry helped us orchestrate a purchase of a new home and a sale of our old home very quickly. Offers on both properties were accepted in the same week. I travel quite a bit but Larry kept me informed via email and I even signed documents via cell phone several times. This kept both deals moving even though I was out of state. Our water test kept failing and he was right their helping us get that sitution resolved. Larry also helped both of our daughters buy their first homes. I highly recommend Larry. His previous experiance in the building trades industry makes him knowledgeable about construction quality and materials when looking at prospective homes.
