It was a true pleasure working with Mrs. LaShanda Pullam, she is hands down the most elite real estate agent in the DMV area. She was there for me during my initial purchase and the selling of my home. She is very knowledgeable and knows her craft. She was always there to assist me day or night with any real estate matters I needed. The service she provided was seamless, which truly helped me during the process. Working with Mrs. Pullam was a pleasure. Buying a home can be stressful and I found out selling a home can be the same. Through a few challenges during the sell of my home, Mrs. Pullam was extremely patient, supportive and professional. She guided me through each step of the process with great detail. LaShanda is awesome! I had contacted her once before to rent my house and once I decided to sell I knew I was going to call her. She does it all. I don’t live in town so I just gave her my keys. LaShanda is amazing! After retaining her services to purchase our current home, we couldn’t picture getting any one else to sell one of our rental properties. Before putting it on the market, her years in real estate allowed us to make the adjustments and changes to get the price we wanted for the home. Once on the market, she guided us through the process step by step. After receiving a dozen or so offers in the first two days, she assisted us in choosing the right buyer and getting way more money than what we had planned. Her professionalism truly shined as she was able to get us to the closing table in less than 15 days. LaShanda was always available and always seemed to just have the answers ready. He demeanor is always cheerful and ready to go. My wife and I thank her so much for assisting us in achieving our goal of selling our home in a month. My husband and I are a military family and we were told we’d be moving to Maryland from Texas this Summer. We met LaShanda through our realtor in Texas who took the time to research, call, and interview several potential candidates for us. We have a great deal of love and respect for our Texas realtor, and so we KNEW we’d be in great hands with LaShanda, even before we met her! Because of the COVID pandemic, we had to do the ENTIRE home buying process virtually with LaShanda. From the very first phone call with her, she was warm, welcoming, understanding, and ready to work for us! She was great with sending us potential homes to scan through online, often times with frequent adjustments to search criteria, as we did our best to become better acquainted with the area from afar (no easy feat!). She was extremely available and responsive and did virtual ‘Facetime’ walk-throughs in as many homes as we wanted. After a LONG search in an extremely competitive area, we finally found our perfect home. She was extremely professional and organized as she walked us virtually through the contract period. We actually didn’t physically meet her, or even walk into our home, until the day we closed, but it was a joyous physical reunion and great closure to such a tough endeavor! We’re in love with our home and thankful for everything LaShanda did for us!

LaShanda is an angel sent from real estate heaven! She had us in the home of our dreams in the perfect neighborhood in less than 30 days!! Her intelligence and personality make her an exceptional real estate agent and I will not consider buying or selling property without LaShanda as my agent from now on. Her intense attention to detail, professionalism, and availability made our move easy and really a lot of fun. LaShanda answered the phone whenever I called and reached out to her numerous contacts on the bank side to ensure the loan processing was efficient. Her outstanding knowledge of the market put us at an advantage over our peers in terms of asking and offering prices, as well as negotiating points such as taxes and closing costs. Because of LaShanda, we paid nothing in closing costs and actually got credit during closing that will go towards our first mortgage payment. LaShanda was absolute joy to work with. The relationship she built between us and the sellers was so genuine, not only will the sellers come over for a party (once the pandemic is over) but the seller’s real estate agent will be joining too! The seller’s real estate agent told us LaShanda was a joy to work with and she was always 2 steps ahead of him in the process. If there was any hiccup in the process, LaShanda resolved the issue before we even knew about it. LaShanda is a blessing and always went above and beyond to ensure our happiness.
