HPAP is a program available to residents of the District of Columbia, which offers financial assistance to first-time homebuyers. This program empowered LaShawn to pave LaShawn's own path and journey into the world of real estate investing and eventually interior design. It is also the reason LaShawn loves to help first-time homebuyers find and create their own dream home.
