My wife saw several of LaShonda's signs in front of a house while riding around looking in some different neighborhoods. It appeared that with so many properties under her belt she would be very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in, and we were right. We were looking for a realtor that was knowledgeable about the area, familiar with assistance programs for potential home owners, some one to educate us on the process leading to home ownership, and someone who had our best interest at heart. She met all of these expectations. LaShonda's willingness to work around our busy schedules, and her dilligence. She worked hard to make sure our needs were met during the lengthy process.
