LaShonda Williams

LaShonda took an interest in the real estate in 2001 during the purchase process of her 1st home in Bellwood IL. In 2005 LaShonda decided to pursue her interest by taking real estate classes and received her license shortly after. She’s worked Part-Time in Real Estate since 2005 up until late December 2018 when she decided to ditch Corporate America as an International Import/Export Coordinator & Supply Chain Logistics Specialist and pursue a Full-Time career in Real Estate. LaShonda earned her Managing Brokers License in 2019 and started her own Independent Real Estate Firm(Living Well Realty Co.)

LaShonda is not a typical Real Estate Agent(due to her strong passion for giving back to the communities & changing the narrative about Home Ownership she goes above & beyond the call of duty by working around the clock), she specializes in working with 1st time home buyers throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. She has a comprehensive understanding of the market and is skillful in strategic pricing and marketing. She whole heartedly believes her Clients are #1 PRIORITY and strives to put their best Interest 1st..... Because she has a passion for helping ALL families achieve their goals rather it’s Buying/Selling/Investing/Leasing, she helps clients every step of the way by providing professional and trustworthy full service. She offers straight forward and honest expertise. LaShonda was installed as the Treasurer on the board for RWCI(Realtists Womens Council of Illinois) on January 25th 2019 which has a mission to educate low to moderate income communities about home ownership and property acquisition, LaShonda is also a member of (DRB)Dearborn Realtist Board)

LaShonda enjoys traveling, Great Music (HOUSE Music to be exact), being out in nature and experiencing 1st Time/Life Changing adventures with her Family. She has a strong passion to aid in redeveloping communities and to restore the economic strength & Instilling in Families the importance of building Generational wealth by investing in real estate & Leaving Legacies.
