Latana Locke

Latana is here to help make this experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. For over thirty years her family and her have lived and worked in the Colonial Beach and King George area. She loves what she does as both a managing broker and agent. Although Latana is a second-generation realtor, she did not go directly into real estate. For many years she was a schoolteacher. The skills learned as a teacher have helped her educate her clients and agents on current trends in real estate, as well as become a good communicator.

Latana’s family her strongly believe in giving back to the community and they do so through multiple ministries in their church and currently, she serves as a founding member of the King George-Dahlgren Rotary. She has also served as a Sunday school teacher for Grace Church of Fredericksburg, where they have been members for over twenty-five years. When time allows, Latana’s husband and her love to travel around the Northern Neck to tour the local wineries and go camping around the state.

Using the skills and knowledge that Latana has gained with over almost twenty years of service to her clients, she strives to provide the best possible service. Latina ensures that she stays in constant communication with her clients and that they will get the best available guidance throughout the real estate transaction. Protecting the buyer or seller’s interest and giving straightforward advice has been the hallmark of her long career.

She has been dedicated to improving the industry and herself since Latana began her career. She has served the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors as their President and continues to serve as an educator. This involvement has helped her to stay sharp and up to date on the latest information in this ever-changing industry.

Marrying her knowledge and experience with the latest tools and technologies promises to give her clients the best chance of realizing their goals in real estate transactions. Latana has experience with buyers, sellers, and investors and has bought, sold, and invested in homes herself.
