McKenzie was my first choice when I decided to sell my home of 13 years. I've seen her eloquently navigate the corporate and nonprofit sector over the years, so I knew without a doubt that she would be an excellent realtor. I trusted her completely to help me navigate the process, set the right price, make improvements to the property, and snag the right buyers. McKenzie went above and beyond for me by managing and negotiating contractors, promoting the listing, and making sure everything happened on time and was communicated thoroughly. She got my condo sold for way more money and in a much shorter time frame than I ever dreamed possible. All during a pandemic! McKenzie is widely connected, driven, intelligent, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Latania McKenzie is very professional and a transparent communicator.She follows up with her clients and is responsive to their needs. There were several after hours phone calls that she had no problem answering from me and this was very much appreciated.
