LaTanya LaBranch

LaTanya LaBranch started her career as a Realtor in 2007. LaTanya has worked in the capacity of Broker with LaBranch & Associates Realty and Design dba Weichert, Realtors - LaBranch & Associates since 2011. LaTanya has a practical and theoretical understanding of Real Estate. In fact, since opening her company she has sold over $1 billion in residential sales as well as flipped multiple homes in her career. Clients chose to work with LaTanya for her full service, her expertise, design skills, professionalism, and ethics. LaTanya has proven her commitment to her industry by constantly staying involved in everything Real Estate. She has been a voice to the media on Real Estate issues in the parish.

LaTanya has volunteered several hours of her time totally committed to giving back and expanding her knowledge of Real Estate. Her latest accomplishment is her acceleration to Board President of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, which happens to be the largest Real Estate Association in the state of LA. With diversity remaining prevalent in their society, LaTanya is proud to be the 1st African American Female President of this organization in over 100 years! She was also given the prestigious award of Realtor of the Year in 2019 by this Organization. She also serves on the state and national board of Realtors. She has also served on the state and national board of Realtors.

LaTanya is a firm believer in the value of ongoing education. She has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor, Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures), AHWD (At Home with Diversity) and WCR (Women's Council of Realtors) Network Leadership Designations plus more. Her clients and fellow Realtors have consistently sought her advice and trusted her judgment. LaTanya believes her greatest accomplishment has been her family. She is a loving wife, mother of three, and a blessed grandmother. LaTanya also holds a license in the state of Georgia.
