Having Latonya as our realtor was such a blessing. Having someone to listen to what you wanted and most importantly she was very patient with us and willing to drive all over town till we said yess to the address. We are First time home buyer, Latonya made sure we were able to close and move into our HOME before Christmas Thanks so much Latonya for everything and being able to respond to our txt and answer the many question we had. Aint no realtor better than my Realtor Latonya. She's the best. After trying and not being heard about what I was looking for and the areas I was interested in with another realtor, I was referred to her by a close friend. Latonya was friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, upfront, and patient but most of all she listened. She was passionate and determined about helping and finding a house that fits me. Through this whole process she was diligently working and ensuring that I did what all i needed to do. The distance was a bit challenging, but she stuck with me always going above and beyond. It was definitely a pleasure having her as my realtor.

Awesome! LaTonya continually gave me excellent data and advice throughout the sales process starting from the very beginning. That allowed me to accurately assess various situations and make necessary decisions to move forward. Her valuation of my home was almost exact, contributing to the listing price and subsequently receiving multiple offers within hours of appearing on the market. The house sold slightly above listing after we took a couple days to review all the offers. There were a few hiccups after the contract was written (not unheard of in this process), including at the closing table, but LaTonya handled them perfectly! I'm extremely happy with the job she did. The next time I buy/sell property, she will be my first phone call. Thanks again, LaTonya!!

Working with Mrs. Butler on selling our old and buying our new was a wondering experience. She was very diligent and compassionate about helping us find our new home after we sold our old home. Anyone home no matter the location or time she was always ready to show us a house. Mrs. Butler has a beautiful smile that we were greeted with every time we met. I am going to miss seeing her smile every few days to show us a house. She is very professional and very aware of what her job entails.
