LaToya was responsive and professional throughout the entire experience. As a first-time home-buyer, there was a lot to learn and navigate in a short time frame. LaToya was gracious in answering all my questions, linking me to great resources, advocating for me when the inevitable curve balls appeared and making sure I was settled well after the sale was finalized. I recommend her wholeheartedly and am very thankful to her!

We were fortunate working with LaToya Smith for the purchase of new home and most recently with sale of our previous home, both during the COVID-19 pandemic. LaToya secured a great deal for the purchase of our new home and was able to sell our home for over $25K what we initially thought it would go for. Both transactions exceeded our expectations!
