Laura Alberts has been our family realtor for years. Outstanding and caring, she even found the perfect agent for our first home in Dunedin, Florida. She knows who to call no matter where you are moving and is always helpful in answering any questions about the home purchasing process. And she remains involved! We refer Laura to all of our friends and family back home in Illinois. We love Laura. You will too!

Laura was excellent in her dealings with us. Her communication skills were excellent. We were out of town during the sale of our house however Laura kept us informed on what was happening with the sale of our home daily. After the house was sold Laura brought packing boxes and supplies to help us pack up the house.
Laura kept us informed of of how the buyers mortgage application was progressing and her suggestion of a real estate attorney was an added bonus.

Laura was our buying and selling realtor in the past, so when it came time to buy again, we knew we had to ask if Laura was available for it! She showed us 5 or 6 houses on the first day and helped us look at the bigger picture when looking at them and thinking of our needs long-term. When we let her know the next day that we wanted one, she helped us get an offer in that day! She works FAST!! And she knows what she’s doing! Our offer was accepted and all communication until closing was QUICK and EASY because of her above-and-beyond helpfulness and the people she recommended we work with (loan company, attorney, inspector…). We’d say we’ll request Laura for all our future buying/selling needs but we hope this is our forever house! Cannot recommend her enough and would give more than 5 stars if we could. She is wonderful!

Laura was exceptional at selling out house. We had unexpectedly found a new home to purchase and had to close within 25 days. We contacted Laura that night to sell our Townhouse and within 24 hours it was on the market and sold within 2 weeks. I would recommend Laura to anyone who needs to sell their house. Selling a home can be a stressful experience. But when you have Laura representing you, you can relax and know that she is on top of everything For us, It started with gorgeous photography of our condo, printing up brochures and getting the listing out there. Next Laura appraised us about viewings, feedback and comparable activity.
Laura is thorough and professional and great to work with. Her honesty and clear sighted advice got us the sale we needed.

I've known this woman all my life, and when it was time to purchase my first home, she was an easy choice. I've watched her for years interact with her clients, and all the behind the scenes work. Her dedication goes through all hours of the night. Her compassion and love for finding just the right place for you to call home is immeasurable. Her patience with you to help you understand what you are buying and what is truly important is one of her many great qualities. With her skill set, I was able to not only buy a home, she had the skillset to get us everything we wanted and more in our contract. She is a woman who not only works with you, but for you. She has over 3 decades of negotiation skills and is beyond familiar with these surrounding areas, their schools, taxes, etc. With her years of experience, I've watched her sell homes and then years later, sell those same homeowners their childrens first homes, becoming a household name. There is no other first choice.

Laura did the most amazing job helping us buy our house years ago, we couldn't imagine a better person to help us sell our house now. She responds quickly any time, day or night, weekdays and weekends. She has the best energy and is so pleasant to work with! As sellers this time, we got to see how attentive to detail she is. She takes the best photos to show off the house in the best way possible and highlights all the beneficial details in the description. She laid out helpful descriptive card tents throughout the house to draw attention to cool features that really helped showcase what we were offering. We will be looking for our forever home soon and have full intention of calling her back for that, too! We cannot recommend her more!!

I have been working with Laura for several years. She made the sale of my condo easy with her recommendations for staging. She also helped with find the right house to move into. I used her most recently to sell my house. I was going through a divorce which is stressful enough and add to that the stress of getting your house ready for sale makes for crazy times. I called Laura once again and she stepped in and really helped manage the stress that goes along with selling a house. She was able to help me find the services I needed to get my house ready for the market. I couldn't have done it without her! When I am ready this spring to find my next home Laura will be the first person I call!!

I interviewed several realtors and Laura stood out. Her former knowledge as a home appraiser sealed the deal.

Frankly we sold our home in 5 days. Realtors who walked into my home were impressed by the marketing materials placed within the home. Placards and such.

She was completely invested in the sale and purchase of my new home and kept my anxiety level in check.

Laura is authentic. I would 100 percent recommend her as an agent to anyone.
