Ms. Laura Andrade from RE/Max Dynasty was exceptional! Her professionalism and expertise made my experience in buying my new home a pleasant one. She established clear and constant communication right from the beginning and made it a point to keep me inform every step of the way. To me, communication is very important when working with people and Ms. Andrade was superb in communicating with her client. When visiting homes, Ms. Andrade was very strategic in planning out the day. She was prepared with her paperwork and codes needed to enter the properties. In one occasion, the agent ahead of us wasn't as prepared and didn't have the code. Since Ms. Andrade was ready, we were able to jump ahead. This let me know that I was working with a great agent. When entering a property, she followed all the rules brought by this PANDEMIC. One thing I notice was her way of making me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured in making an offer. She would encourage me by telling me the right house for me and my kids was out there and I would know when to make an offer. Her kind words brought me peace of mind and patience.
When I made an offer, she worked diligently in getting the paperwork ready and working closely with the selling agent. Again, keeping me in the loop of what was happening. I never felt lost or alone with Ms. Andrade. Once my offer was accepted, she handed me over to her awesome team to finish up the lending process. Again, she stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire time.
When it was time to hand me the keys, Ms. Andrade went above and beyond to make this moment special. She placed a "Welcome Home" sign along with little gifts for my kids letting them know they were HOME!! This was a very heartwarming experience!!
Overall, it was a great experience working with Ms. Laura Andrade and her team at RE/MAX Dynasty!!

Laura was the best thing that has happened to my family she has gone the extra mile to make our dreams come true. Always ahead of the game searching for the proper listings and accommodating our schedules to working late nights. If you need help selling or buying your new home Laura at Re/Max Dynasty is your go to lady. Let her make your dreams come true like she did me and my family. She was truly a God sent and a hard worker!!! Call and you won’t regret it.
