Laura Blake

Laura has lived in the Bay Area for most of her life She has an extensive knowledge of St. Petersburg, the Beaches, Clearwater and Tampa. She is a resident of the Ballast Point neighborhood for over 17 years. Her parents and grandparents owned and rented apartments for over 40 years in Pinellas County primarily in downtown St. Petersburg. She has seen wonderful changes in the landscape of both sides of the Bay Area.

A graduate of USF St. Petersburg Campus she earned a BA in teaching and subsequently a Master’s Degree in counseling. She lived in St. Petersburg and Tampa and currently resides in the Ballast Point area of South Tampa.

As a previous counselor, Laura understands the stress of buying or selling a property for any client. Her expertise of calming nerves helps the smooth transition from contract to closing. She is always ready to answer any question and readily available at any time of the day or evening.

Laura was recently appointed to the Anti-Bullying Advisory Council by the Board of County Commissioners, volunteers at Tampa General Hospital, and is active in her church community. Just as she was dedicated to her parents and students as a counselor she is dedicated in her role as a Smith and Associates Realtor.
