Laura Braunschmidt

Laura Braunschmidt was born in Clearwater, Florida and moved to Littleton Colorado where she grew up. She attended Littleton area schools as well as Arapahoe Community College. She comes from a background of many years in marketing, sales, and management and brings multiple skills to bear when working with her real estate clients. In addition she has a career as a commercial airline pilot and instructor at MSU Denver working in the Aviation Science college.

Laura Braunschmidt attended Utah Valley University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Science, Professional Pilot, and her skills in aviation give her a unique insight into how to provide the highest standard of client care.

Laura Braunschmidt has also attended Arapahoe Community College earning an Associate’s degree in general studies with emphasis on business.

Laura has been buying, selling, and investing in real estate for many years and has fixed up and built several homes with her husband. Laura has also earned the opportunity to become proficient in business, learning the local community, and providing elite customer service. Laura has participated in and been a champion to her church and has earned real-life experience in sales/marketing/concierge services that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.

Laura Braunschmidt entered the Real Estate world in order to share her love of real estate along with many years of experience as a customer, investor, and being a home builder/self-contractor from the ground up.

Laura Braunschmidt is married and lives in Littleton with her spouse. She spends her free time flying airplanes, gardening, spending time with her kids and grand-pup as well as volunteering with the Women in Aviation International group and other various charitable organizations.
