Laura did a wonderful job marketing our home by having aerial photography and professional interior photos and videographer showcase our home to look it’s best. We had a great response to our home coming on the market with offers that followed in a timely manner. Instructions were given to us along the way to help the preparation and process go smoothly. We highly recommend LAURA and her terrific team. This was all accomplished during the Covid 19 quarantine time period, further substantiating a job well done. We highly recommend Laura, Bill and Ginny and felt we were in good hands.

The proof is in the outcome. I sold my home in the Fall of 2019 when all the other homes in my subdivision just sat there. Laura comes to the table with resources and suggestions. Yes, I put more money into my house but the money was well spent. Had my house been on the market over the winter I would have spent significantly more. When I needed work done I used many of Laura's contacts -- Why? Because they responded to me and got the work done quickly. Have you worked with contractors in the last few years? They notoriously do not return calls or show up at committed times. Selling the house I lived in for 20 years was tough enough. Laura got me though the process fast and effectively.
