Buying our first home was very intimidating and we had a lot of questions, and no clue how the buying process worked. But, thankfully Laura helped us every step of the way with any and every question, even if she didn’t know the answer, she told us the right person to talk to. She made a very intimidating and seemingly strenuous process easy and VERY exciting! Whenever we wanted to see a house or had a question, we would just give her a call and she would pick up within seconds and offered to show us a house at our convenience! Laura is such a personable, kind, and down to earth person, and we still stay in contact and receive sweet gifts, invitations and cards from her. We will never use or recommend a different realtor, as Laura is simply the best! Give her a call and you will find your dream house sooner than you may think!!!

Laura is the ABSOLUTE BEST. As a first time millennial homeowner, shopping during the most insane market, I have no shame in saying we needed a lot of hand holding through our process! We were scared and overwhelmed by information. Laura never hesitated to take the time (any time of the day) to explain things slower and with patience. We cannot emphasize enough how comforting it was to have her on our side explaining and reassuring us every step of the way. Laura takes what you want, and runs with it. She never pressures you, so only reassures you and comforts you. She reminds you every step of the way of your options. And she fights for the best deal for you but she is also realistic. Which is completely respectable. If you are reading this, stop and just call her.

Laura is my amazing wife, and a top producing realtor :). She has expertly guided us through buying and selling multiple homes throughout our marriage. Every time the process is enjoyable and stress free. She has made us significant profit on every house we have sold, and they have all gone under contract quickly and made it to closing in a timely manner. On the other side she has negotiated tough deals to make sure we get great deals on the homes we buy as well, putting us in great position to make more money if we decide to sell down the road. I highly recommend her to all of our friends and family, and anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Fredericksburg area. As a full-time real estate photographer I work and interact with realtors in the area every single day, and I can honestly say my amazing wife is one of the best in Fredericksburg!
