Laura Byrd

I was born at Langley AFB, and I grew up in Hampton Roads. I brings a unique, local perspective to the home buying and selling process for my clients. I loves this area, and I love being a REALTOR®! I am a member of the Coldwell Banker NOW Relocation A-Team, and I specialize in working with military, corporate and government clients transferring and moving in and out of the area. I also work with first-time home buyers as well as investors. If my clients are in the market to purchase a home, I will use my extensive knowledge of the area and strong negotiating skills to find the perfect home for them at the best price. I will work hard to make sure their transaction goes smoothly and that their best interests are served throughout the entire transaction. I will be with them all the way from the first time they see the house to when I hands them the keys at the closing table. If my clients are selling their home, my knowledge of the market is always current so I can help them price their home accurately and competitively. I work with the latest technology and marketing materials to make sure their home has a strong market presence. My goal is to make sure their transaction is as stress free and positive as possible.
