About Laura
A multi-million-dollar producer, Laura has been a full-time licensed Realtor® with Long and Foster since 2003 and has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers meet or exceed their real estate goals. She is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and has received many awards in areas like outstanding service, sales volume etc. However, Laura’s main goal in real estate is to provide each and every client with a smooth transaction and the best results possible. She achieves this with the highest quality customer service, her sharp negotiation skills, ongoing education, and years of experience.
Graduating from the Johns Hopkins University (Peabody Conservatory) in 1995, Laura moved to Baltimore from her home state of Vermont in 1989 and has been enjoying the city ever since. She worked in arts administration for a few years out of college, where she gained excellent skills in marketing, publicity, and business that she still uses today. Laura decided to become a Realtor® in 2002 as a way to combine her enthusiasm for Baltimore, appreciation of real estate, marketing skills and desire to help others reach their goals.
Laura has a wide range of specialties and experience including luxury homes, first-time home buyers, relocation, empty-nesters, investors, divorce and estate sales, new construction, historic homes, condominiums, and waterfront property. She has experience in most areas of Baltimore City and County as well as parts of Harford, Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Frederick counties.
In Laura’s spare time, she is also a musician (a former classical flutist who now plays mostly Irish traditional music.) She also enjoys photography, web design, reading, hiking, gardening, running, and swimming.
