Laura is the best at what she does! She helped us buy our first home 8 years ago and we just sold that house and purchased our second home with her! She is so knowledgeable, straight forward, dedicated, and trustworthy- she really makes the process as easy as can be! Taking the moment to say how thankful I am for Mrs. Carmack. She was referred to us from our family, who months before purchased their first home. After discovering Laura had over 10 years of sales experience, we figure we could trust her expertise. She showed us a few homes, and was very patient while we continued our search. Weeks later we landed our first big purchase. We were very stoked about this home. This woman is very easy to work with, and down to earth. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Laura made the entire process seamless. She helped us find a mortgage broker and an inspection company and they were both fantastic. She answered everyone of our questions at all hours of the day. She made me feel like I had someone really working on my behalf. She NEVER made it feel like she was just selling another house. She was so excited to work with us so we could find our home for our family. I loved that she provided us a list of homes to view and we were able to cross some off before we went, this helped save time as we had three kids at the time. I highly recommend Laura to everyone I meet who is ready to purchase a home. She is about her business and she cares about her clients. She will be with us whenever we start looking for our next home.
