Our original realtor prior to the relisting provided little to no communication and we received no offers. However, during the pandemic the home prices surged and we couldn’t find any homes at reasonable prices in the area. Kathleen suggested that we expand our search area. Laura Dandoy sold our home in 3 days with 3 over full price offers. We had the classic case of an over improved home, no expense was spared for significant remodeling and upgrades. We interviewed 6 realtors and Laura was the only one who understood how to evaluate, price and market our luxury home. We had grown tired of interviewing real estate agents only to have them tell us they could not price the home outside of local comps, regardless of the significant costs invested. One even told us to go to a website to look up what we could get in return for each area, kitchen, baths, etc. instead of understanding how to evaluate and price the home themselves. From the moment Laura walked into our home, she instilled confidence in her ability to see the marketable value in our home. Laura pulled out a comp from 5 miles away, that showed a home with similar luxury upgrades and explained when you have a one of a kind home you have to think outside the box. Laura and her husband Mark were able to present the home through a broker's open and other follow-up showings, In the end we accepted an all cash offer from a real estate agent couple who also saw the value in our home and wanted to make it their own after a two year search. We closed in 15 days and Laura was able to negotiate a 30 day lease back to give us time to move. During this same time Laura also sold our daughter's home in one week. We asked Laura to help sell our home and find us a bigger one to accommodate my wife's parents. We knew proper timing, skilled negotiation, and great coordination was essential, and that's what we got in a nutshell!!!

Laura has professional staff in every aspect of the process from needed Docusign docs, Lender/bank approval, Photos, Inspection/Appraisal, Escrow, etc so there's always someone taking care even concurrently at times when needed. Having someone in person to
talk to who knows their stuff very well was a plus!

We felt stressed at times just thinking how could such sell/buy transaction could be done with our already busy schedule and yet we often get a call from Laura to reassure us with positive words of encouragement. That really meant a lot to us.. We even didn't

She showed us houses all over the IE (Claremont, Upland, Ontario, Riverside, Corona, Colton, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Highlands, and Redlands) before we found one. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She took the time to get to know us and our preferences/needs which made finding the right house much easier. She also took the lead in talking to our lender, the escrow company and the seller’s agent so we were always in the loop even when working full-time during the pandemic. I would highly recommended her to anyone!
