Laura helped us find our dream home, which was no easy task. We had a lot of specific requirements for our family of 6 and she looked through hundreds of homes online finding ones that could be a good fit. Whenever we found a home ourselves to tour, she was available immediately, and any questions we had would get a response immediately, regardless the time of day or day of the week. Laura thought about things we didn’t, for instance, if we sent her a house to view, she would point out things that could be a future problem that we hadn’t thought of yet like a home being on a main road (we have small children and a dog), or major power lines running next to the home, etc. She of course was happy to show us any home, but her experience was incredibly helpful. Laura also helped us stayed grounded. When we were getting desperate after losing bids in this crazy market, we started wanting to bid higher, and Laura would help us keep perspective, that we didn’t want to end up upsidedown in a home and regret it later. Laura helped us find our home in a matter of weeks, and we absolutely recommend her.
